E-2 Treaty Countries (current list)

To be eligible for the E-2 investors visa, you must be a national from a list of approved countries called “treaty countries.”  If you are from or living in a treaty country, you can apply for a visa as an investor in a U.S. company. Nationality is only one aspect of the E-2 visa, so you should look into gathering more information if interested. For more help and information about getting a visa or other immigration services, contact Phillip Kim at (619)752-5379
